The most successful & decorated Japanese Luchador of all time! Winning championships in Mexico since 1988, Último Dragón has competed in every major promotion in Mexico and Japan as well as the United States. He is perhaps best known globally for holding 10 belts at one time.

He is also the namesake of the Asai Moonsault, a move he perfected which has become a staple of any high-flying wrestler’s o?ense, and one of the few high flying moves even more grounded grapplers will often attempt.

Having trained in Japanese Puroresu and Mexican Lucha Libre, Último Dragón established the Dragon Gym in 1997 to teach his Lucha-Puroresu hybrid wrestling. This has created an entire generation of Lucha-infused Japanese pro wrestlers and the Lucha inspired Toryumon promotion, which later became Dragon Gate.
