At 5.1 inches tall, Balloon boy holds a swirling red and yellow balloon in his right hand and a sign that simply says ‘Balloons!’ in the left as a thick-toothed smile stretches across his unnerving face. With a small orange nose that matches his round cheeks and a pair of staring blue eyes, he wears a striped blue and red propeller hat that mimics his shirt with two buttons on the chest as segmented legs lead down to thick brown shoes. The exterior of his packaging shows the Balloon Boy tucked away in a metal locker. While the interior is filled with dimly lit colored balls that spill onto the protective sleeve as his figure can be seen through the large clear window at the packaging’s front.
